I am currently research director and researcher supporting higher education institutions in making key business, policy, and funding decisions by creating high-quality and insightful reports and executive summaries containing actionable insights, detailed figures, and impactful recommendations. Additionally, I mentor new researchers and serve as a lead on several project types to ensure high-quality and consistent output across a team of researchers.

I hold a PhD from Michigan State University in Educational Psychology and Educational Technology where my research focused on student engagement and motivation in both virtual and face-to-face settings educational settings. I am skilled in full-scale research projects including: formulating research questions, reviewing literature, designing data collection instruments (quantitative and qualitative), collecting and managing data collection, analyzing data using a variety of techniques including advanced statistical methods (predictive models, regression, group difference testing, structure equation modeling, multilevel modeling, mixture models, longitudinal modeling).
